1. Keyword research + analysis

• We report on search volume, and we prioritise the list of keywords so you know what keywords to use more often on your website
2. Competitor analysis
• We determine what strategies your top competitors are using, and making a plan for us to beat them
• We report on your top competitors, their strategies, and highlight what SEO techniques you should also use
3. Technical review
   • Not required for new websites
4. Website content guidelines
• We provide best practice guidelines for website content that generates good rankings for your keywords and phrases
• We propose META Titles and META Descriptions for your top pages
• Sitemap: We propose the ideal sitemap and url’s
5. Social media guidelines
• We provide best practice guidelines on social media for SEO purposes
6. Backlinking guidelines
• We provide best practice guidelines on creating quality links back to your website
• We report on the highest quality backlinks that your competitors have secured and propose you seek out the same links back to your website

• We generate a list of technical improvements that should be made behind-the-scenes to your website to improve your search engine rankings
• We report on current site-speed
• We propose improvements to your META Titles and META Descriptions for your top pages
4. Website content review
• We determine what improvements should be made to your content to improve your rankings for certain keywords and phrases
• We report on keyword density for your top pages, make recommendations, and supply 5 - 10 headline ideas for your blog section
• Sitemap: We propose improvements to your sitemap and url’s if required
5. Social media review

We encourage our clients to choose a monthly SEO maintenance package to maintain and improve their rankings over time.

All Monthly SEO Maintenance Packages include:

• Google Local / Google Maps profile creation (for 1 or more branch locations) and ongoing optimisation
• Ongoing on-site improvements
• Ongoing technical improvements to your website
• Ongoing monitoring of competitor rankings
• Ongoing monitoring of changes to your rankings
• Ongoing link health monitoring and optimisation
• Ongoing link building with quality online business directories and classified websites
• Monthly reporting on actions we’ve taken and changes to your website ranking over time
• Reports include ideas for actions you can take to improve your own rankings (such as what articles / webpages you should create next)

There are 3 packages to choose from:

1. Bronze (a moderate level of activity for simple websites)
2. Silver (a higher level of activity for larger websites including a monthly strategy meeting)
3. Gold (the highest level of activity for more comprehensive websites including a monthly strategy meeting and multiple branch locations and/or target countries)
4. Custom packages available for larger sites (eg extra complexity such as multiple languages/countries)

Minimum term is 6 months.
